At NeuralPath Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to address various scenarios fairly and transparently. This policy applies to all courses, programs, and services offered by NeuralPath Academy.
2. Standard Refund Policy
2.1 Full Refund Period
Students are eligible for a full refund if they request cancellation within 14 days of enrollment and have accessed less than 20% of the course content. To qualify for a full refund, both conditions must be met:
- Cancellation request submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of enrollment
- Course content access limited to less than 20% of total materials
2.2 Partial Refund Period
Students may be eligible for a partial refund under the following circumstances:

2.3 No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- More than 45 days have passed since enrollment
- Student has completed or accessed more than 50% of course content
- Student has received a certificate of completion
- Course was purchased during a promotional period with special terms
- Student has violated our Terms and Conditions
- Student has engaged in fraudulent activity
3. Special Circumstances
3.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We recognize that unforeseen medical emergencies or serious personal circumstances may prevent students from completing courses. In such cases:
- Students must provide appropriate documentation (medical certificate, official documents, etc.)
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident
- We may offer a course credit, transfer to a future session, or partial refund at our discretion
- Each case will be evaluated individually on its merits
3.2 Technical Issues
If persistent technical problems on our platform prevent access to course materials:
- Students must report issues to our technical support within 48 hours of encountering problems
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues within 5 business days
- If issues cannot be resolved, students may be eligible for a full refund or course transfer
- Issues caused by student's equipment, internet connection, or software are not eligible for refunds
3.3 Course Cancellation by NeuralPath Academy
If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons:
- Students will receive a full refund of all fees paid
- Alternatively, students may transfer enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value
- We will notify students at least 7 days before the scheduled start date
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
4. Subscription and Payment Plans
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For subscription-based access to courses:
- Students may cancel their subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- No refund for the current billing period after cancellation
4.2 Installment Payment Plans
For courses paid through installment plans:
- Standard refund policy applies based on the total course fee
- Remaining installment obligations may be adjusted or waived based on refund eligibility
- Administrative fees of $25 may apply to refunds for installment plans
- Missed payments may result in loss of access and forfeit of refund eligibility
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit a Written Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include Required Information:
- Full name and email address associated with your account
- Course name and enrollment date
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Decision Notification: You will receive an email with our decision and next steps
5.2 Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
5.3 Administrative Fees
Administrative fees may apply in certain situations:
- Standard administrative fee: $25 (deducted from refund amount)
- This fee covers processing costs and course access provided
- Administrative fees are waived for full refunds within the first 14 days
- Fees may be waived for medical emergencies or course cancellations by us
6. Promotional and Discounted Courses
6.1 Special Offer Terms
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with special discounts:
- May be subject to modified refund terms disclosed at time of purchase
- Some promotional courses may be non-refundable or have restricted refund periods
- Bundle packages and multi-course discounts have specific refund policies
- Free courses or complimentary access are not eligible for refunds
6.2 Coupon and Promotional Codes
When using promotional codes or coupons:
- Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid
- Promotional codes cannot be reused after a refund
- Refund amount will not include the value of the promotional discount
7. Course Transfers and Credits
7.1 Course Transfer Options
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer course transfers:
- Transfer to a future session of the same course (subject to availability)
- Transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value
- Course credits valid for 12 months from the original enrollment date
- Transfer fees of $25 may apply
- One transfer per enrollment is permitted
7.2 Account Credits
In some cases, we may issue account credits instead of monetary refunds:
- Credits can be applied to future course purchases
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue
- Credit amounts are based on the refund calculation at the time of approval
8. Corporate and Group Enrollments
8.1 Corporate Training Programs
For corporate or group enrollments of 5 or more students:
- Custom refund terms may be negotiated and outlined in a separate agreement
- Standard refund policy applies unless otherwise specified in writing
- Group enrollments may have minimum participation requirements
- Contact our corporate training team for specific policies
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
9.1 Chargeback Policy
We strongly encourage students to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. If a chargeback is filed:
- Your account and course access will be immediately suspended
- You will be liable for the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees ($75)
- Future enrollment may be prohibited
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
10. Exceptions and Limitations
10.1 Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Certification exam fees
- Third-party licenses or software
- Physical materials or textbooks that have been shipped
- One-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions already conducted
- Access to exclusive events or webinars already attended
- Custom or personalized course content
10.2 Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will:
- Be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Apply to future enrollments only
- Not affect existing enrollments unless required by law
- Be communicated to currently enrolled students if material changes occur
11. Consumer Protection Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory consumer protection rights under applicable law. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding refunds and cancellations. If there is a conflict between this policy and applicable consumer protection laws, the laws will prevail.
